Robert Citino on the “Russian Spy Caper”
–As he calls it, in an engagingly written column for HistoryNet. Dr. Citino is perhaps most famous for his study The Death of the Wehrmacht, as well as a host of other first-rate studies, including Blitzkrieg to Desert Storm: The Evolution of Operational Warfare (both are favorites of mine). His blog, Front and Center, is always worth reading, and he’s one of the most dynamic and lively speakers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Great chap.
